Local Data Storage

All workout data you create in TimeToTrain, including:

• Timer settings and preferences
• Round configurations
• Sound and haptic settings
• Countdown duration preferences

...is stored exclusively on your device using iOS's local storage. This data:

• ✅ Never leaves your device
• ✅ Is not transmitted to any server
• ✅ Is not accessible to us or any third party
• ✅ Is protected by your device's security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID)
• ✅ Is automatically deleted when you uninstall the app

No Online Services

TimeToTrain operates completely offline. The app:

• Does not connect to the internet
• Does not use any backend servers
• Does not transmit any data
• Does not require an internet connection to function
• Does not integrate with any third-party services

No Account or Authentication

TimeToTrain does not require:

• Account creation or registration
• Login credentials
• Email verification
• Social media authentication
• Any form of user identification

You can use 100% of the app's features without providing any personal information.

No Third-Party Services

TimeToTrain does NOT use or integrate with:

• ❌ Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• ❌ Advertising networks or ad providers
• ❌ Social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• ❌ Cloud storage services
• ❌ Crash reporting tools (that transmit data)
• ❌ Push notification services (that collect identifiers)
• ❌ Payment processors
• ❌ Any other third-party SDKs or libraries that collect data

Device Permissions

Notifications (Optional)

• Purpose: To provide local, on-device timer alerts during workouts
• Data Collection: None. Notifications are generated locally on your device
• You can: Disable notifications in iOS Settings

Audio/Haptics

• Purpose: To play sounds and provide haptic feedback during workouts
• Data Collection: None. All audio and haptic feedback is generated locally
• You can: Disable sounds in the app settings

We do NOT request or use:

• Camera access
• Photo library access
• Location services
• Contacts access
• Microphone access
• Health app data
• Bluetooth or network access for data transmission

Device Backups

If you use iCloud Backup or iTunes Backup:

• Your locally stored workout data may be included in your device's backup
• This is controlled entirely by your iOS device settings
• Backups are encrypted and managed exclusively by Apple
• We have no access to, control over, or visibility into these backups
• We do not receive any information from Apple regarding your backups

Data Security

Since TimeToTrain stores all data locally on your device:

• Your workout data is protected by iOS security features (encryption, secure storage)
• Data is only accessible through the TimeToTrain app on your device
• No data is vulnerable to server breaches or transmission interception
• We cannot access, view, or recover your data
• If you delete the app, all data is permanently and irrevocably deleted

Children's Privacy

TimeToTrain does not collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

The app complies with:

• Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) - USA
• Article 8 of GDPR - EU
• Other applicable children's privacy laws

Since we collect zero data, there is no risk to children's privacy. However, children should always consult with a parent or guardian before beginning any exercise program.
